ThraceWeb is a small team that designs and builds websites, e-shops and business systems on its own CMS. We look for curiosity and consistency: you do not need to know everything, you need to want to learn and to finish what you take on.
Every project has a written scope, a deadline and one person responsible. We work with Git, code review and small, frequent deploys. Our office is in Komotini, but the team also works remotely, with daily communication.
We welcome students and graduates from universities, vocational colleges and training programmes, in cooperation with their institution or independently. An internship lasts three to six months, has a concrete learning plan and a mentor. Most of our collaborators started this way.
