Who we are

ThraceWeb is a web development and e-shop company based in Komotini, Greece. We started by building sites for local businesses in Thrace and today we work with clients in Xanthi, Alexandroupoli, Thessaloniki, across Greece and abroad. Our portfolio holds 31 projects you can visit live.

We do not resell ready-made themes. We develop our own content management system, write the code each project needs and look after the site from the first sketch to its maintenance.

• Hosting and maintenance from €8 per month, with free SSL and daily backups.
• Business systems: ERP, CRM, WMS and 84 more categories of software listed on our services page.

Where we work

We are based in Komotini, in Thrace, but our work does not stop at the border. We have delivered, or are currently building, projects for businesses in Greece, the Netherlands, Qatar, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Germany, Belgium, Italy and Bulgaria, and we also serve the Cypriot market. It makes no difference whether the business is Greek-owned or local to its country: the language and the market shape the site, not the address on the registration.

Some of that work is already in our portfolio: SomaEthos for Qatar, Kadir Aga B.V. in the Netherlands and Karalar in Turkey. For two companies in the United Kingdom, A0 Design Studio and IZ Architecture, we are building applications right now, while projects in Germany, Belgium, Italy and Bulgaria are in progress or waiting to be published.

Remote collaboration is the norm: video calls, shared access to the site as it is built and the same delivery times as local projects. The multilingual sites we build — Greek, English, German, Dutch, Turkish or whichever language you need — address markets across Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

How we work

First we understand what you sell and to whom. Then we propose the smallest package that covers the need, with a written scope and a final price. During the build you see the site as it takes shape, and at handover you get training so you can update it yourself.

Why we build our own CMS

Because maintenance costs more than construction. A site resting on dozens of third-party plugins needs updates, licences and security attention every month. In our CMS what you need is already there, the panel holds only what you use, and updates are handled by us. When a project calls for WordPress, Shopify or OpenCart, we build it there without hesitation.
